Communist China nears control of New York City

Now that resident aliens and other non-citizens have been given the right to vote in New York City elections, New Yorkers face the prospect of Beijing flooding the city with Chinese willing to follow Beijing's orders on whom to vote for. Such block voting would be irresistable to the Chinese communists. Also, the new wave of Chinese would bring more pressure to bear on Chinese Americans living in the city's Chinatowns to get in step with Beijing, a pressure they already have to deal with.
