“The Nowhere Machine” is a computer surveillance system designed to assure that child pornography and terrorism content go nowhere in cyber space. Formally, the system is known as the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism, or GIFCT.

Activists warn that the system could be used to surveill and censory ANY unwanted content, and that in fact a system document discusses the possibility of blocking non-violent groups who are said to be somehow affiliated with violence-prone groups.

Congress is being urged to establish safeguards against the possibility of unaccountable global censorship.

Anti-cash anti-Christ

As America hurtles toward cashless nightmare, boycotts of no-cash venues are urgently needed. Entertainers must begin to shun card-only gigs. Push to end tolls for roads, spans that reject cash. Curb AI-driven mass surveillance with digital rights.

The threat to American liberty is here now, and getting worse by the minute. Now is the right time to join the battle to defend freedom. To read the entire story, please use THIS LINK.

A new look:
U.S. twisted facts to pin
spore attacks on ill scientist

From a 2014 report by Paul Conant:

The Justice Department severely distorted the evidence it used to pin all blame for the 2001 anthrax attacks on a mentally ill scientist, a new review of federal documents shows.

In many instances in the federal case against Bruce E. Ivins, the meanings given to facts presented by federal authorities turn out to stray far from reality or to be highly ambiguous. The government bent the usual rules of evidence and logic wildly as it tried to make a case that the attack anthrax could only have come from a flask, numbered RMR-1029, "exclusively" controlled by Ivins.

The 9/11 Big Lie: How they did it

Why was Popular Mechanics, a Hearst publication, so anxious to defend the government's conspiracy theory about how 9/11 happened? The magazine didn't even pretend to be neutral in its effort to debunk serious questions about government claims about how four World Trade Center skyscrapers each collapsed to the ground in four independent fluke events.

Tho the collapses were connected in time and space, each collapse scenario offered by the government was substantially different from every other one. So it took four "black swans" (wildly improbable but not totally dismissible events) in the same area and on the same day to see four towers fall straight down to ground zero.

The felled buildings were Towers 1 and 2, Tower 6, and Tower 7. NIST never investigated the crash of Tower 6, and the government has offered no official explanations as to why that building, from which Mayor Rudolf Giuliani fled moments before the collapse, was not subjected to an NIST probe.

Petersens to Europe

Julz & Co. hitting that old dusty trail
So is this sweet reprise of that old Willie Nelson number "On the Road Again" an ad or a regular performance?

Seeing that Julianne Petersen and her band are set for another farflung whirl of touring, this video surely is an ad by the band's artful promoter, Julianne. Yet, considering the polish, the savoir faire and Julz's ebullient good spirits, one must also grant that this Petersens video is a real crowd pleaser.

A ramble with the Burnett Sisters

The Burnett Sisters make for a fascinating YouTube experience, in which you can see them in their different phases, watching their development, changes in roster, and other human interest points.

They and others have recorded enough videos of them so that it is possible to take a somewhat aimless sojourn thru their world. Instead of looking for their most popular videos, you can just slow down and take it all in. One of the reasons for their appeal, aside from their obvious beauty, is that they so handily evoke for us lost worlds of mountain Bluegrass and old timey vigor.

Well, that makes sense, as the sisters grew up in Boone, N.C., just a holler or two down from Doc Watson’s hometown of Deep Gap, N.C.
