Those who read that Wikipedia page are, it seems, being tracked by someone. In the URL above, the final six characters are added only after one tries to reach the page from a Google search item. But if one cuts and pastes the URL that was originally in place (from which the final "o" is clipped in the altered link above), one is sent to a Wikipedia dead-end page.
That is, the original URL,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlo_Maria_Vigano
gets you nowhere.
